North Central Utility Now In North Mankato, Minnesota

New 22,000 square foot facility now open

north-central-utility-north-mankatoNorth Central Utility developed a comprehensive expansion plan to better serve customers in the Midwest—and it began with the completion of its new facility in North Mankato, Minnesota. This strategic location was pushed to finish before winter. “Since we acquired the Utility dealership from Allstate Peterbilt, we have concentrated on finding an ideal location to build a new state-of-the-art facility,” said David Batterman, Vice President. “We need to be out where business is growing, and North Mankato is the perfect place to build our first full-service dealer location in Minnesota. This 12-acre location is ideally located off Highway 14 near the heavily traveled Highway 169. It assures easy access for customers coming from the Twin Cities area as well as those traveling on Interstates 80, 90, and 35.”

Opened in October 2016, the new dealer center is located at 2150 Carlson Drive, North Mankato, MN 56003. The 22,000 square foot full-service facility houses a 3,000 square foot retail parts showroom, and a 5,500 square foot parts warehouse. It also has a 7-bay service facility with one bay dedicated to alignment and another bay dedicated to wreck repair.
