Utility Receives Boll Weevil Award

Utilitopics-100th Anniversary - Boll WeevilOn April 10, 2014, the City of Enterprise, Alabama honored Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company with their prized Boll Weevil Award. Utility was given this award for its long history of supporting the City of Enterprise and the Wiregrass area with jobs and for being a great corporate neighbor.

The award was presented at the historic Rawls Restaurant to Paul, Hal, Jeff and Todd Bennett. The award ceremony was followed by a special dinner. Dinner attendees included the City of Enterprise Mayor, City Council, Wiregrass Economic Council, and Utility’s Randy McCollough, Plant Manager, Luann Barnes, Human Resources Manager and Mark Hynes, Director of Human Resources. The event was located in Downtown Enterprise, which is in close proximity of the Boll Weevil Monument, a prominent landmark that was erected in 1919.
