Our Kids Make Utility Stronger

Through the challenges faced in 2020, Utility’s Glade Spring plant pulled together. One thing that binds us together is our kids. That unifying spirit was put on display by the team members’ children and grandchildren who created drawings for a Special Edition 2021 calendar, based on the theme — “We are Utility Strong”. This marked the 2nd year where young budding artists displayed their talents.

The calendar featured hand drawings from children or grandchildren (ages 4-11) of a Glade Spring plant team member.

“Our little ‘Utility elves’ were once again working hard to produce the best calendar possible,” said Sam Cassell, Plant Manager, “And, as in typical Utility Trailer fashion, they outdid themselves! The theme for the 2021 calendar was We are Utility Strong. This has been a very challenging year and we thank everyone for their hard work and dedication through these trying times this past year.”
