This is why Sync’d for Success became Utility’s overarching theme for the Utility Service Manager Meeting.
This past October 2nd through 5th, Utility’s Sync’d for Success Utility Service Manager Meeting was hosted by Hendrickson at their Canton, Ohio headquarters. As participants in Hendrickson’s 2018 Technology Conference, Utility Service Managers, Utility Dealers and CHQ Management focused on Hendrickson Suspensions and Control Systems, Bendix Braking Systems, and Liner Systems and Repair from US Liner Company.
“These meetings are essential to keeping the entire Utility team working together,” said Steve Bennett, Vice President for Utility. “Sync’d for Success was our internal theme, and for us this means that Utility, our dealers and our valued suppliers have to be aligned to deliver the best solutions possible. This conference provided each attendee with more insight and ideas that will be invaluable for the customer.”
On Wednesday night, a special event was held. Attendees visited and dined at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. “It was great to visit and be reminded that great teams require more than just one great player. Great teams require everyone working together with a common purpose,” added Steve Bennett.
