Being at the center of things is what motivated Valley Equipment to develop a new full-service dealer location in Salisbury, New Brunswick, Canada. “We broke ground on our new facility in Salisbury last year. The new Salisbury site replaces the former Moncton location,” said Peter Cook, President of Valley Equipment. “We’ve talked about expanding our services in the Moncton area for years, and we chose Salisbury because it’s the hub of the Maritime Provinces. It is across the street from the busiest truck stop in New Brunswick, just before the provincial highway scales. The new location has a large area available for trailer storage and parking.”

Valley Equipment started operations in 1965. The Cook family got involved with the company in 1970, and became sole owners in 1978. In 1989, Valley Equipment became a full-service Utility dealer. “Today the third generation is getting involved. Two of the boys are working full-time in the business and two part-time while going to school.”
Situated on 10 acres of land, the new facility is located at 29 Silver Fox Drive, Salisbury, NB E4J-0A9. One block north of Highway 2, off of the Fredericton Road, it has a 3,000 square foot parts warehouse, 5,000 square foot office and a 12,500 square foot service department with 8 service bays.
