Utility Provides a Forum to Optimize Product Knowledge
New salespeople bring enthusiasm to their jobs, and Utility’s New Salesmen Seminar is designed to channel that enthusiasm with knowledge that leads to better sales results. This seminar is a product-training course that enables new salespeople to grasp Utility’s unique advantages in the industry.
For four days, September 10th-13th, 2019, 30 new dealer sales reps and corporate personnel were immersed into the Utility culture. They took comprehensive tours of Utility’s two Virginia manufacturing plants—the Glade Spring dry van plant and the Marion reefer plant. Attendees also participated in 2 days of intensive training/learning sessions that included a marketing overview, a field service/warranty review, and product sessions on flatbed, dry van, and reefer trailers.
