Utility holds the 2013 Service Manager Meeting

Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company’s Field Service Department held the Service Manager Meeting on October 23rd to 27th at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake, Utah this year. Service Managers from various Utility dealerships attended a variety of informative sessions, such as manufacturing improvements, technical support upgrades and vendor reports & capabilities. Attendees were also able to take a tour of Utility’s Clearfield reefer plant.

“The 2013 Service Manager Meeting marked our 99th year of building trailers and providing support with the Utility Dealer Network. The meeting’s focus was ‘continuous improvement’ in the manufacturing process and service support,” said Blas Gonzalez, Regional Field Service Manager for Utility. Gonzalez added, “The theme of this year’s meeting also emphasized the importance of innovative trailer products and the best possible service to customers. Our dealer Service Managers walked away from this meeting with new expectations and an exciting centennial anniversary on the horizon.”
