Zenith Global Logistics partners with Utility

ZenithFounded in 1973 with just a single truck, Jack Hawn has turned his family business into a global leader in supply chain services and logistics. Today, Zenith Global Logistics operates more than 3.5 million square feet of warehousing domestically in nine U.S. states and internationally in two countries within Asia. Zenith specializes in warehousing, transportation, logistics management, and other supply chain services.

Zenith recently collaborated with Utility corporate and C.R.T.S., Inc./Utility Trailer Sales of Virginia to customize a trailer specific to their needs. With the purchase of Utility’s 4000D-X Composite® dry van trailers, Zenith officially partnered with Utility to provide logistics solutions for hauling home furnishings for some of the world’s largest big box retailers. “It was a pleasure to visit Utility’s manufacturing facility, spend time with Craig Bennett and speak to Utility factory employees building our trailers,” said Jack Hawn, CEO of Zenith Global Logistics. “We are very pleased with the customized solutions Utility is offering us. For many years, we were using a competitor of Utility’s, but it’s evident to us that purchasing Utility trailers will bring us more value and quality long-term.” Zenith is looking to acquire more than 300 Utility

trailers over time. Jan M. Dreher, Zenith’s CFO, added, “Beyond the cosmetic beauty, Utility’s commitment to quality construction is evident. Every component is clearly assembled with pride and intended for their customers’ long-term return on investment.”

“Utility is a family owned and operated company, just like Zenith,” said Craig

Bennett, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Utility. “Our family takes great pride in customer satisfaction, and we are committed to supporting Zenith with their continued success,” he added.
